NADH Provides Mental Energy?

The supplement NADH, which stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride, is found in all cells of the body.  NADH is said to promote mental energy and alertness.

By using NADH, researchers say that it can CFIDS and FM sufferers can have increased mental clarity, focus and memory function.  This is done by NADH helping the brain cells to convert and use energy more efficiently.

The mitochondria break down the substance ATP to create energy for cellular metabolism.  If the cells cannot continually restore their reserves of ATP they cannot maintain their metabolism and physical and mental energy levels fall, as in patients with CFIDS and FM.

NADH is said to help rebuild and restore ATP (adenosine-triphosphate) reserves in the cell and maintain mental and physical performance levels.

NADH might be something you want to give a try.  ENADA is the brand name of a patented form of NADH that you can purchase at your health and nutrition stores.
