My Struggle with Weight Loss

I have been having an extremely difficult time with my weight issues.  I had joined L.A. Weight Loss the end of last June with high expectations.  I did have weight loss – about 20 pounds total.  It’s just that I stopped losing weight about the third month into the program. 

I followed the diet but the scale  just would not move!  Then over Christmas, as what happens to most of us, I gained a few pounds back.

I just became so frustrated with the whole program because the staff at L.A. Weight Loss are not medical professionals and with my extensive health history, they just didn’t know what to do to help me.

I just grew tired of doing all of the work and not seeing any results.  So now I am back to square one trying to figure out how to lose this extra weight.
