My Experience With Prozac Continues…

After I spoke with my doctor regarding my symptoms from the Prozac, she recommended that I try a smaller dosage, 10 mg a day, 14 days prior to my menstrual cycle. Only 3 days after being on the reduced dosage, my severe depressive symptoms came back again.  The doctor said I am to give it about “3 weeks” so that my body gets used to it.  I reminded the nurse that I only take it 14 days, so how am I supposed to give it “3 weeks”?  She is talking again to the doctor and someone will get back with me.

So now I have to decide which is worse…the severe PMDD symptoms, or the severe depressive state from the Prozac.  I am looking for other alternatives, preferably natural, if there are any for PMDD. Any ideas?

I thought Prozac was supposed to help keep people from getting depressed, not causing depression!

My best suggestion to you ,and to all people as you that unfortunatly have meet a “doctor” or a “expert on mind” or a “psichitrist”, that is the most dangerus “false category” of doctors..they are not doctors they are criminals and killers legal for childs, women, mens, old people and poor people without a place to live.
    Anyway this is my suggestion

And do something about it, I am with you, and I want for you and people as you the best, in life and everything.

    Sincerly,
