Fibromyalgia – No Simple Treatment

Previously, I have discussed what fibromyalgia is and some of the criteria that must be fulfilled to receive a proper diagnosis. If you have already been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, then you are very much aware that there is no simple treatment. In most cases, it is what the patients can do for themselves rather than what the health care practitioner can do for them.

Honda within its right to listen to its own doctors

In Canadian legal history, there have been only 11 Supreme Court of Canada cases in non-union employment law. When that court writes a decision, it intends it to make an impact. The recent decision in Keays v. Honda Canada does, although its significance has been grossly mischaracterized and misunderstood: Keays was periodically absent with chronic fatigue syndrome for several years.

Mums the word for ME carer, 18

A TEENAGER who has spent years being the primary carer for his disabled mother has been nominated in our Community Pride awards. Alex Mills, 18, has been put forward in the Spirit Of Youth category by his mother, Pamela, for the help and care he has given to her while she suffers with ME, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome a condition particularly characterised by profound muscle fatigue after physical exertion.
