Thanks to Sophie at IBS Tales for providing the following information through her recent newsletter at IBS Tales.
A medical education company is asking IBS patients to participate in a survey. The survey is for patients to share experiences about management of their IBS and interactions with their healthcare provider. The goal of the survey is to try to achieve better communication between IBS patients and their healthcare providers. The results of the survey will be incorporated into different programs and activities to educate doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and physician assistants about IBS and how they can better help their IBS patients. This is a chance to provide feedback on your experiences and an opportunity to make your voice heard. In appreciation of your time and input, the first 250 respondents will be entered into a drawing to win one of six $25 Starbucks cards. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes and is completed online. It’s open to IBS sufferers of all ages in all countries. All responses will be reported in aggregate and any email addresses provided will be held in confidence. You don’t have to enter name or any identifying information unless you want to enter your email address for a chance to win a Starbucks gift certificate.
