Today I Start My Weight Loss Plan…

Well, today is the day I start my new weight loss plan.  I had gained several pounds last year due to having hypothyroidism, and now that the doctor has that problem partially under control, my weight loss plan is starting today!

I am trying a plan that involves drinking protein shakes as replacement meals for breakfast and/or lunch, and taking herbal dietary supplements.  I will posting frequently on here as to my progress and how I am doing!

My goal is to lose 40 pounds by October 10th.  My step-daughter is getting married on October 21st and I want to look good for her wedding!

I guess I’ll have to go and buy some scales though since I no longer have any.  I have my fingers crossed that I can do this!

Are you using Arbonne Weightloss product? I have a friend that sells it. How are they working for you? Is it easy to follow? I’d love to get your opinion.

    Thanks!

I am using Arbonne’s Figure 8 stuff for weight loss. I am slowly getting used to the shakes. I really like the orange, but the chocolate and vanilla taste very chalky.
