The Struggle To Lose Weight

I have been on my diet now for almost two weeks, and I have lost a total of 4 pounds.  I am finding though that I am feeling very sluggish and I will get a sick feeling because I am still hungry between meals.  I also get extremely bad headaches, so I have to be careful.

I am doing the Figure 8 plan and I find that the shakes are not filling me up.  My sponsor suggested I try eating smaller meals and doing the two shakes instead of completely replacing my meals with just the shakes.

I’m going to try that and see how it goes.  The Figure 8 supplements are working, though because I am filling up quick when I do eat.

The doctor told me that some weight should be coming off due to my thyroid being higher than normal now.  The levels should be from 300 to 430 and mine is at 533.  But since I am not having any side effects from that he is going to keep my meds the same.  Hopefully between those levels and this diet things will go well over the next few months!
