The American Pain Foundation is offering an online chat on December 16th at 8:00 p.m. EST about different foods and different pain diagnoses and how the two are related. Especially during this time of parties and family gatherings, you want to be sure you make food choices that will keep you feeling your best.

This fun and informative live online chat will be presented by Brenda Murdough MSN, RN-C, the Coordinator of the Military /Veterans Initiative for the American Pain Foundation.  Brenda currently serves as the American Pain Foundation Coordinator of the Military/Veterans Initiative where she advocates for the pain management needs of veterans, military and their caregivers. In this position she provides information, education, resources and support to members of the military and veterans’ community that are affected by pain, doing outreach and collaboration with other organizations, and developing and supervising staff to assist with this work. Brenda is also a pain management nurse specialist at the Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH.

There is limited space for this chat, so please go to Military/Veteran Section of PainAidfor reservation instructions. If you do not already have a login name and password for PainAid, please click here first to register for access to PainAid. If you have previously registered with PainAid and have forgotten your password, click here.
