My Back and Neck Are Out

I had mentioned either earlier this week or the end of last week that I was having a lot of pain. I noticed over the past while that my neck has been hurting a good bit and my back is feeling pretty funky too.

Yesterday my neck went out and now today my back is going out, too I’m afraid. I feel really crappy and I keep stumbling around. I guess my balance is off quite a bit. I feel pretty dizzy too. I have had back problems for years, but I don’t have trouble as much now as I used to.

Before I was used to being miserable all of the time with back and neck pain. Now that it only happens once in a while, I think it bothers me more. I also notice that while I’m typing, my left arm and hand are tiring out very easily.

I think I’m going to have to call the doctor to see if they can get me in. I have a feeling something is being pinched off and it hurts like crazy.

Sorry it’s been all about me this week! I feel like a huge complainer!

You might want to look for a local doctor or clinic that offers low intensity laser therapy. It’s non-invasive, and there are not drugs to cause side effects. Many people find rapid and lasting relief.
