    Thanks for posting this, Sandy! I want to encourage all fibro-fabulous women & men to consider asking your local city and county councils to issue a proclamation for the day. There are lots of tools and suggestions on how to do this at the NFA site. It might sound scary, but it’s really quite easy to do! If you have someone in your community who’s good at public speaking (or if you want to do it yourself), consider asking the council to allow some time on the public input portion of their agenda to address them. This is a great way to spread the word!

    What about emails and letters to the media? If those who are able would contact the media in their area, we could probably get coast-to-coast coverage for these illnesses.
