Last week was a hard one for me physically. Luckily, I try to write posts for this blog a week in advance, so I was prepared. The beginning of last week I had a night where I was up until after 3:00 a.m. and wasn’t able to sleep. That one night messed me up for the entire week. Then my back went out on Tuesday and this is the first that it had been out in a long time. I have a couple of herniated discs, but the docs say that the majority of the pain and spasms I experience comes from the Fibromyalgia and CFIDS.
You know it’s kind of odd – it seems like that whenever I lose weight, I start having problems with my back. You would think that by being heavier it would be harder on my back but for me it works just the opposite. Also the past couple of months have been busy with the wedding, my son’s birthday and the holidays. I think everything combined has finally caught up to bite me in the butt – or back, I guess you can say!
My house needed cleaned and I did get some of it done on Monday, thank goodness, but I wasn’t able to get it all done because of my back. I had to have my husband do the bathrooms, as I couldn’t get down to scrub the floors and stuff.
