I have lost a total of 16 pounds and 12.5 inches. I am about 4 pounds behind where I should be, though. I have read many times that lack of sleep will affect your metabolism, therefore slowing down or even stopping weight loss. It can even cause weight gain. The season is changing again, and it is already affecting me.
I have been trying to walk on my treadmill about 15 – 30 minutes a day, so hopefully this will speed things along! I hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend!
