Lack of Posting Due to ME/CFS Flare

Sorry for the lack of posting I’ve been doing on this site lately.  I have been having a ME/CFS flare and I just  haven’t had the energy to take care of this site or much else for that matter.  I hope that after a few more days of rest I will be back to posting regularly.  Take care everyone!

Take care of YOU! We miss you but it’s more important that you rest up through the flare. See you when you feel better!!

Thanks, Sherlock. I really feel it’s important to keep my site active so when I miss a day or two I start to worry.
