Heart Healthy with Omega 3-6-9

It is important to consume adequate amounts of healthy fats, essential fatty acids.  They are necessary for your overall health and vitality.

The World Health Organization recommends that adults fat consumption equals at least 15% of energy intake.  In women of reproductive age, they recommend no less than 20%.  Fatty acids help promote healthy cholesterol levels, heart and arterial health.

There are supplements you can take, one in particular that ProHealth puts out, that is called Omega 3-6-9.  These supplements are a blend of the following essential fatty acids:  Omega-3 oils from flax seed and canola, Omega-6 oils from primrose and canola, and Omega-9 oil from oleic acid.

I get my Omega 3-6-9 pills from http://www.naturalwellbeing.com/products/omega-3-6-9 and have had a great experience with them. I have found my arthritis has subsided remarkably along with being able to focus on tasks more readily.
