Good News For Chocolate Lovers!

In a randomized, controlled trial, subjects with above-optimal blood pressure but otherwise healthy consumed small amounts of dark chocolate daily for 18 weeks: Result was “efficiently reduced blood pressure” without changes in weight or blood sugar.

Isn’t it nice to have an excuse to eat chocolate??
