Fighting Fatigue Receives Inspirational Blogger Award!

Thanks to the Mad Goat Lady for honoring me with the Inspirational Blogger Award! inspirational_blogger_award.jpg

I feel truly blessed to have met such great people and chronic illness fighters through this blog and I hope I can continue helping others by writing about my own personal experiences – no matter how personal it may get at times.

I would like to pass on this award to the following bloggers who are inspirational to me, and to many others:

Lori – Miss Melanoma, the Official Site For The Fun Side Of Cancer
Lori has courageously battled Melanoma and has kept a very touching journal of her experiences over the past few years. Once you read Lori’s blog, you will never want to leave your house again without sunscreen.

Sarah – In Memory of Que Sarah, Sarah
Although Sarah is no longer with us to officially receive the Inspirational Blogger Award, her words and battle with skin cancer are touching, heart felt, and her strength and courage shows right up through to the end. Even though I didn’t personally know Sarah, I felt connected to her – that is how inspirational her writing was to me. God bless her husband and family as they deal with their grief of losing someone so special.

The Mad Goat Lady (I love that title for her site!)
She is great! Her comments she has left for me have given me that extra “oomph” I need to continue spreading awareness about chronic illness. Bless her for sharing her wisdom through her blog.

Catherine at Living With Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Catherine is very inspirational, as she is a wife, nurse and mother who suffers with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and doesn’t give up or give in to this devestating illness.

    Hey girlie,
I’m so honored by your post! It is awesome being recognized, but even moreso by someone who is so committed to medical research and knowledge, and who helps support those living with disease.

    So here’s to you, too!

    Thanks again,

    Lori
