Eat Yogurt to Melt Away the Fat

A University of Tennessee study found that people who ate three servings of yogurt daily lost astonishing amounts of body fat when compared to those people who didn’t eat any.

Researchers believe that the calcium in yogurt helps burn fat more efficiently and helps prevent fat from being stored on the belly, thighs and hips.
