A Busy Month Ahead

October is going to be a busy month around here!  My son’s birthday is in October, and one week later my step-daughter is getting married.  I always have a party for my son, so this year will not be an exception.  In order to keep myself from getting too wore out, I am planning now how I am going to work things in over the next few weeks.

Those of us with these chronic illnesses have to plan ahead, figure out how to work things in our schedule so that we don’t overdo.

This week I have been feeling pretty good.  I lost another 1/2 pound when I went to weigh in.

I went to C.J. Banks last night at the local mall and I am down a pants size!  That was exciting.
