Pain Is Getting Worse In Arms Now

I don’t know if it is from my sinuses or if something new is going on but the pain I am experiencing is terrible. It started in my legs back when my sinuses first became really bad. Now the pain has moved to my arms and it is so bad, especially at night, that I can’t sleep. I can’t lie, I can’t sit – no matter what I do I can’t relieve this awful pain. I called the doctor’s office again today because my ear is still full of fluid and I can’t take this pain. I am hoping to get a referral to an ENT.
I don’t think the pain is due to Fibromyalgia because it feels different than what I normally experience. I don’t know if something is out of place in my neck, if it is tendonitis, or what. All I know is that I am in total misery. Hopefully I will hear something back from the doctor today.

I’m so sorry you’re still suffering. I also have lots of problems with my sinus and severe arm pain. The arm pain is so difficult to tolerate because you can’t flippin’ function! When my arms hurt, my spine also burns just below the big vertebrae that pops out when you bend your head down to your chest. I think mine is a neck issue but who knows with fibro. I sympathise. The only thing I’ve found that helps is complete rest of the arms for at least a day. Boring!
