CFIDS Association Japanese Research on ME/CFS Treatments

The CFIDS Association recently published information on Japanese research for ME/CFS treatments that have been reported to be effective for the symptoms that CFS patients experience.

Some of the treatments examined include:

  • Herbal medicine
  • High-dose administration of Vitamin C
  • Vitamin B complex
  • Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and serotonin noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI)
  • Acetylcarnitine
  • Amantadine
  • Supportive care
