The Sleepless Journey Continues…

Yesterday I had written a post about how I had been up for 32 hours straight with only about 30 minutes sleep. Well, Tuesday night I didn’t sleep any again. It wasn’t until after 7 a.m. yesterday morning that I drifted off and then I only slept for about two hours. If my son wouldn’t have slept in until after 9 a.m. I wouldn’t have gotten that much sleep. So at the time I am writing this post on Wednesday evening at 7:20 p.m., I have went almost 60 hours with less than 3 hours of sleep.

What is even weirder is I actually felt good on Wednesday. As I write this post I still feel good. I’m scared of what I will be like when this hits. I felt worse yesterday than what I do today.

I called my doctor and she said the only thing she can do is to increase my meds (Trazadone) from 100 mg. to 150 mg. and see if that helps me to sleep. I’m going to try that tonight. I have been praying all day that hopefully sleep will come tonight.

I am having a lot of problems sleeping also. I don’t know if it is stress, but I am anxious all the time. I went to a specialist yesterday and they were not helpful at all.
