Thanks for the great list of resources. Don’t forget about FibroFighters.com. It is a wonderful resource for empowering those with FM. I highly recommend it. I am on the message boards nearly every day.
first time on this site. really great site. I believe that we are all trying so very hard to prove that we have this disease that some of us have forgotten how to think positive and enjoy. I have cfs and endured the ups and downs. I believe we have to as a group get the medical support we need but not miss the big picture. Friends family mostly god and laughter. dont blame yourself for the disease but ask yourself if it is serving you in anyway. trial and error with foods and supplements I can help you there. try a coach who does wellness like myself that will motivate and inspire you. you take charge not the cfs. exercise is the last thing you want to talk about but light exercise all day on and off can be supper for energy, relaxation and ofcourse a much better mental outlook. laugh and love God has a plan for us all. Let go and smile. Love to here from you. Jim
