		<description>Great to see your interest in alternatives. personally I prefer to increase antioxidants in my diet. Antioxidants demolish free radicals, vitamin C demolishes inflammation causing free radicals. However when an antioxidant neutralizes a free radical it becomes itself a free radical. Hence I personally consume a range of high antioxidant foods to keep the balance.
